How do I make a meme?

What font do memes use?
Classic memes use Impact: white, all-caps text with a thick black outline. It is the default style here. You can also switch to a bold sans, serif, comic, or monospace font and change the fill and outline colors.
Can I add emoji and move text around?
Yes. Add as many captions and emoji as you like, then drag them anywhere on the image. Select an item to resize it; on a keyboard, arrow keys nudge it and Delete removes it.
What image effects are available?
